The article Top Floor Please is about hotel industry. In this article, it talks about a hotel manager who started out with knowing nothing at a hotel and in when time went by she become familiar with everything. She was very outgoing and an ambition. She becoming in this position without a college degree or a higher education.
There been a lot of people that start off in a low position and now is working a high respectable position. So in hotel industry, all you need to do is be there and be eager to work also some motivation. For example, in this article they talk about four different employees at InterContinental Buckhead Atlanta and how they were promoted into different position. They all had one thing in common is that they were into there work and wanted something new.
Well working in the hotel industry, it could become your first time experience because working here you don’t have to know much. Also don’t have to have diploma to be working here, even young adult work here and learn a lot from here.
While working in a hotel industry, you can learn a lot and have a lot of experience before leaving.

it is a good job at explaining in what she had done to go throught all that rough time just to make a living and start up her own business.
in the end it was a good summary becuase many students do learn alot by watching or doing hands on things such as a summer job.
